When you create an account using Google Sign-In, we collect:

To provide the core functionality of the app, we store the following data on our secure servers (provided by Supabase):
Library Data: Books you add to your library, including reading status and progress.
Notes: Personal notes and annotations you write for specific books.
Collections: Custom book collections and folders you create.

We may collect limited technical information automatically, such as:

App crash logs (to help us fix bugs and improve performance).

Librarix integrates with the following third-party services:
Supabase: Used for authentication and as our primary database provider.
Your data is stored securely according to their industry-standard practices.
Open Library API: Used to fetch book metadata and cover images.
No personal information is shared with Open Library.
Amazon Affiliate Program: The app contains links to Amazon.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
When you click these links, Amazon may use cookies or other tracking technologies
to attribute purchases to our affiliate account.

4. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely in the cloud via Supabase.
We retain your personal information and user-generated content
for as long as your account is active.
If you choose to delete your account, your data will be removed
from our active databases.

Access and Update: You can view and edit your profile information and library data directly within the app.
Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through app settings or by contacting us.
Opt-Out: You can choose not to sign in, in which case your data will be stored locally on your device only (where applicable) and will not be synced to our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
Librarix is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
